Kathy McCartney owns popular C618 located on the top floor of building C at the Kihei Akahi Resort. Enjoy spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Haleakala, the island of Kaho'olawe, Molokini Crater, tropical gardens, and glowing sunset skies. This beautiful interior 655 square foot and lanai is 68 square feet. Total square footage is 723. This home has textured ceilings/walls and Crown Molding with tropical furniture, island style original metal and canvas artwork created by owner-artist, and Asian accent pieces. The decor has many rich colors sure to please the eye. Tile floors throughout. Air conditioning in the living room and FREE secured 5G speed (400 Mb/s) Wi-Fi Internet. Free local cable and Roku TV (access your Prime, Netflix etc.) and DVD/VHS player. Free local, USA mainland, and select countries like Canada. Queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living room. Shower tub combination. Large, deep 32" tub/shower Kohler brand with natural Travertine walls and glass shower door with handrail and removeable showerhead. Master bedroom has comfortable King size mattress and new built in furniture, ceilng fan, and Roku TV with free basic TV channels.Sleeps up to 3 guests (extra charge for 3rd guest). Remodeled full size kitchen with plenty of counter space. Dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water dispenser and propane gas stove/oven. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for preparing meals at home. Great for cooking at home. Stay in comfort in one of the best valued properties and best building location at the Kihei Akahi Resort. We attract repeat visitors year after year. The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and is close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach. Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 11:00 AM *Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. *Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy. *Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear. If you think there is a chance you will have to cancel your trip, please consider purchasing trip insurance from the company we recommend (Yonder Insurance) and mention Kauai Vision Rentals sent you. Yonder gives back with every travel insurance policy sold and was started with a social mission in mind. "We will feed a hungry child for a week with every policy purchased." Providing meals for kids in Nepal and Burma. As Yonder grows more meals are provided to these remote places. Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.
