We want to ensure you have a wonderful experience with us. *PLEASE NOTE: Kihei Akahi has some parking lot maintenance going on the entire month of May 2023, please enquire with our staff upon booking. SPLIT AC in Master Bedroom and Living Room. Extra Cool Comfort! Kihei Akahi C603 located on the top floor of building C at the Kihei Akahi Resort. Enjoy spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Haleakala, the island of Kaho'olawe, Molokini Crater, tropical gardens, and glowing sunset skies. This beautiful interior is 655 square ft and the lanai is 68 square feet. The total square footage is 723. This lovely condo is decorated in a tropical island theme and tile floors throughout. Split AC units in the master bedroom and living room, two (2) ceiling fans (1 in the living room & 1 in the bedroom). A FREE secured 5G speed (400 Mb/s) Wi-Fi Internet. Free local cable TV and DVD player. There is no telephone inside the condo! This home sleeps 2 guests maximum. Master bedroom has comfortable King size mattress and a ceilng fan. Walk-in shower. Remodeled full size kitchen with plenty of counter space. Dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator and propane gas stove/oven. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for preparing meals at home. Great for cooking at home. Stay in comfort in one of the best valued properties and best building location at the Kihei Akahi Resort. The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and is close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach. Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 11:00 AM *Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have. *Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy. *Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear. If you think there is a chance you will have to cancel your trip, please consider purchasing trip insurance from the company we recommend (Yonder Insurance) and mention Kauai Vision Rentals sent you. Yonder gives back with every travel insurance policy sold and was started with a social mission in mind. "We will feed a hungry child for a week with every policy purchased." Providing meals for kids in Nepal and Burma. As Yonder grows more meals are provided to these remote places. Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.
