KITCHEN: Kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, hot plate, mini fridge and coffee maker; cooking basics, dishware/flatware, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: Full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. We also include a hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However, we require you to enter a minimum of "4" guests at the property check out screen in order to assign the minimum pet fee of $20/pet per night.  All dogs must be well-behaved, medium size up to 45 pounds maximum.
