Property Description

This classic beach house is located in Cypress Dunes, a gated community that boasts a beautiful pool. Cypress By The Sea can be found just off the Gulf side at the west end (known locally as the aquiet endinga- if that's what you know).

The community features a clubhouse, a state of the art fitness center, and an infinity pool with Gulf views. The second-floor sunset deck offers stunning views of the Gulf and coastal dunes. It also includes an outdoor jacuzzi. There is also a second pool with a waterfall and 2 regulation tennis courts.

Four bikes are included. They are great for exploring. You can stroll along the neighborhood's boardwalks, which wind through the cypress trees or pond areas. This is a great place to find 30A shops and restaurants. You can do everything here: kayaking, cycling, paddle boarding fishing, swimming, tennisayouall.

The home backs up Cypress Dunes Park, which has a rare recreational area. The house's front faces Topsail State Park. This is a peaceful preserve in the natural world. The home has four bedrooms and eight beds. The loft on the third floor has 2 double beds and a separate media area, which is ideal for children.
