Phoenix IX is one of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom two Queen sized beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa Queen for sleeping up to 8.
There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool on the 7th floor with incredible views, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

We have stayed at the Phoenix 9 4 years in a row and this year was no different than the others. Great location, unit was clean and any issues were resolved with little to no trouble. We had a closet door come off the track the first day there. Fixed without a problem. The couch bed didn't like to stay in the correct position but placing the cushions behind it resolved the problem and the kids didn't care anyway. Very nice as usual and will stay here again. We have recommended this property to our friends and family and they also booked other units at this location and were very happy.

Condo felt so comfortable and accommodating. View was spectacular from a roomy balcony, also amenities such as outdoor pool and huge indoor pool along with indoor tennis court. Building has close access to the beach with wooden walkway. I would definitely come back to this condo in particular. Very pleasurable stay.

Very clean and accommodating unit with a great view from a roomy balcony, clean and comfortable plus nice outdoor pool and kids pool, huge indoor pool and bright indoor tennis court, close beach access with comfortable walkway. I would definitely stay at this particular unit again!
