This cheerful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home features the following: 1. Location, everything you need is within one mile. 2. Coffee station 3. Fast WiFi 4. Free parking (two vehicle max) 5. Interaction

We give our guests space but we're available when needed. As your host, we are available from 0800-2000 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and not a hotel thus our response time is not immediate, as it would be a hotel.

Fort Lauderdale has been dubbed as one of the hottest up-and-coming culinary arts districts in the nation. Since the city has significant agricultural roots and history, this may not be surprising. The city has recently taken steps to revitalize its downtown area, paving the way for new farm-to-table themed restaurants, pedestrian-friendly dining pavilions, and unique culinary experiences. Funky Buddha Brewery: The Funky Buddha Brewery has been an Oakland Park staple since 2013, when it first opened its doors. The brewery is best known for its wide craft beer selection and experimental brews. Stop by this summer for a delicious bite to eat and try one of the most interesting beers on tap, such as the Maple Bacon Coffee Porter, French Toast Double Brown Ale, or Key Lime Pie Tart Ale. Tenth Level Tavern: The Funky Buddha Brewery isn’t the only place slinging craft beer Oakland Park. It’s a great place to swing by after you’re thrown back a few beers at one of Oakland Park’s watering holes. Las Colinas Restaurant: Oakland Park has a variety of restaurants offering traditional international cuisine. Las Colinas regularly serves up delicious and authentic Cuban fare. Stop by for some of the best Latin food in the area. Candela Restaurant: If beer isn’t your preferred drink, you may enjoy stopping by Candela Restaurant to try some of the area’s best wine. The wine bar not only features unique and delicious wine, but also some of the best Spanish, Italian and Cuban food in Oakland Park. Welcome to The Seahorse Villa 3!!! You will have the entire place yourself. Our home was recently renovated and it was designed to make you feel at home, this 1474 Sqft, modern design home, has everything you will need to have a pleasant stay either for vacation or work. The home is has private fenced backyard for our guest to enjoy, just a short drive to the night life, great restaurants, beaches and more. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishware, and more. The living room and family room are great living areas for entertainment and socializing. The main bedroom features a king bed, luggage rack, plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, luggage rack, and plenty of closet space. Sunroom has a sleeper couch (full size mattress when open), office desk and chair and plenty of games to keep the family entertained. The backyard features a dinning table, BBQ grill, and two lounge chairs. Things to keep in mind, our office has a wireless printer and we do have a variety of children's items, like highchairs, toys, pack n play, etc, are available upon request. Other things to note For your security and that of the property is important to use so this is property is monitored by surveillance cameras that are located on the exterior of the property. In addition, it is equipped with noise detection devices. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services.
