This fully furnished golf course condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large family room, and a separate enclosed Sunroom. Enjoy the golf course views each morning, or relax and reflect at night. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances to prepare a meal for your family or a snack. The apartment also features a living/dining combo, a washing machine and drier in the unit. Two (2) parking spaces are located in front. Enjoy daily walks on the beach in Ponte Vedra where you can hunt starfish, sharks' tooths, and shells. Ponte Vedra Living comes alive when you hear the waves and feel the warmth of the ocean breezes. Sorry, NO pets. Disclaimer: The minimum age to rent a property is 25. Highly recommend!



Our family of 4 enjoyed this space so much. The walk to the beach is extremely short and we could hear the waves crashing at night. The golf course views are unbeatable and make this unit one of the best we have ever stayed. We have been visiting Ponte Vedra for a number of years and we are so happy we rented this unit. We will definitely be back again.
