This beautiful Dania Beach home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Dania Beach. *Ocean access canal * Free highspeed WiFi * Minutes to the Beach/Airport/Casino/Dania Pointe - best dinning, bars, shopping, bowling, Movie theater, Comedy Club, and more. Interaction

We give our guests space but we're available when needed As your host, we are available from 0800-2100 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and not a hotel thus our response time is not immediate, as it would be a hotel.

Coffee machine, toaster, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, microwave, stove, and oven. *High-speed Wireless Internet This house sleeps 6 guests: -3 Bedrooms, each with a queen bed, full closet with shelves and hangers This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 55” Smart TV (log in on your own streaming channels). There are 2 bathroom with laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap and shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, you can use free of charge. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig), dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. There are multiple mini split A/C units, they have to be set in between 68-78.
