You have found the most unique property in the Meridian Idaho area. This 6,000 sq ft fully renovated home has 7 furnished rooms and large common areas. The entire property can be rented out, but we are focusing on a hotel-style room rental that includes your own private bedroom, with two queen-sized beds, and one shared half bathroom. You will also have access to the common areas, including a kitchen with basic cookware and dishes, a dining room with seating for eight, a bar with seating for four, a living room, with a 75 inch smart TV, and fireplace, as well as a sunroom, with seating arrangements for six.

The double queen bedroom includes:

One room with two high-end queen-sized, gel-infused memory foam mattresses, 2 nightstands and a smart TV. There is also a dresser, a closet and a space for a wardrobe.

Maximum occupancy for this one bedroom rental is 4 people.

This accommodation is ideal for travelers who only need a private room and need a comfortable bed. They don't mind sharing the common areas with travelers who also rent their own private rooms in this large home.

We do not allow pets in the private rooms. This is to ensure that all other travelers are treated with respect, especially those who may have allergies or noise sensitivities.

No exceptions. Smoking, vaping and the use of recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises. If you do not comply with the pet policy or the smoking/drug policy, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may have to pay additional costs to remove odors and repair any damage.

This home can be rented several ways. You can rent the entire house, individual rooms, or multiple rooms at once. *All rooms in this house have a full bathroom, including a shower. This room with double queens is the only exception. It has access to the half bathroom on the main floor, but not to a bathroom that includes a shower. This room is best for a short stay where a shower will not be needed, or when booked with another room that has a shower.
