This house has been completely remodeled and upgraded in 2019. It combines the best of boho + modern to give you a bright, airy space that will make you feel relaxed. We have put our heart into making your stay luxurious. You'll enjoy fluffy bed linens and cozy towels, as well as a playroom for children. The comfort is almost too good for words!

We all know that travel can be stressful, whether it is for business or pleasure. Our home is designed to encourage you to take a breather as you finish your travels and begin your stay in Boise. You'll feel welcomed as you enter this home with its natural lighting, soft colours + thoughtful touches.

The home has an expansive backyard with a fully enclosed fencing + right around the corner, our neighborhood has a play area with plenty of room to run or throw a ball.

We have chosen to support small businesses and local vendors in Boise/ Meridian when furnishing and decorating the home. This is our way of giving back to the community.

Guests can access everything on the property. The front yard, parking is free in the driveway, and you have full access to the 3-car garage, backyard, and the entire house to yourself. Your hosts also provide complimentary use of the washer and dryer.

Kacey and Tiffanie are available to you at any time of the day or night. They will be happy to help you with any questions or needs you may have during your stay. You can contact them via airbnb or text.

Our home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. A playground is only a two-minute walk from our home, and the neighbors are friendly.

Parking on our property is free. We have enough room to park four cars in our garage and driveway. There is also plenty of space on the street side of our house.

You can feel at home in the entire house, as there are no personal items within. This allows you to enjoy all areas of the home, including parking, storage, and fridge space.

House Rules and Important Notices:

Neighbors - This rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that you respect the neighbors by not throwing parties and keeping music or noise down after 10pm every night. This will help our neighbors remain enthusiastic about our rental service.

Smoking, vaping, or the use recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises of the property. We do not host house parties out of respect for our neighbors and to protect our beautiful homes. We are proud to be a company who offers pet friendly places at many of their properties. Please see our pet policy below.

Pet Policy:

Please note that there is an additional pet charge to protect our properties from the natural wear and tears caused by pets. We allow up to two dogs per guest and charge a pet fees of $50 for one dog or $115 if you have more than two dogs. This fee is payable after the booking is completed when you register your dog on our digital check-in. Please note that pet fees do NOT cover any damages or injuries caused by your pet.

If you fail to comply with the pet fees, smoking/drug policies, and unauthorized parties or events, you could be fined $500, evicted immediately without refund, and charged additional expenses to remove odors and repair any damage.
