Property Description

You'll find a home with a welcoming entry filled with character, updated touches and fun patterns. The kitchen has an oversized blackboard for you to express your creativity or leave love notes for those you care about. The home features stylish wallpaper, accent wall, industrial and Edison bulbs lighting, and bright colors.

Rexburg’s ideal multi-level family home has 5 bedrooms. Four of them are located upstairs, including the master suite, which has a bathroom attached. Two queen-sized bedrooms are available, as well as a twin bunk room with a toddler bed underneath and an extra twin mattress on the ground. This is the perfect children's bedroom and for sibling sleepovers. The queen bedroom and the children's bedroom share a bathroom. The loft area upstairs has comfortable seating, a TV, Wii U console, and an old-school PAC-Man arcade.

The main floor of the house has a half-bathroom, a living room with comfortable sofas, a mudroom with hooks and cubbies and an oversized, open kitchen with an oversized dining table that seats up to eight people, a kitchen bar that seats three and a bar seating area behind a living room couch with seating for four, with additional bar stools as extra seating in the living. There is enough room for large groups to gather around the table for meals or game nights.

The basement has a California King-sized bed, and a bathroom. The basement is home to a fantastic playroom for children, complete with a slide, rock climbing walls with padding underneath, play kitchens, nerf guns, and other toys. The large carpeted playroom can also be used as a movie theatre with bean bag seats and couches. A popcorn machine allows you to make a batch of buttery popcorn.

Location: This is a multi-leveled home located in a quiet area overlooking the safe and beautiful Madison County. It is located just one block from the stunning view of the bright, white Rexburg Temple, and within a mile of Brigham Young University College of Idaho (formerly known as Ricks College), both belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The LDS temple is visible from both the master bedroom and the living room.

Sights: If you're new to the LDS community or are familiar with it, both locations within this area offer beautiful views and a feeling of sweet peace. Thomas E. Ricks Horticulture Demonstration Gardens is a popular attraction for visitors to BYU-Idaho. This garden has grown to a 10-acre garden on the south side campus, and is now regarded as one of the best show gardens in the western US.

The gardens have gazebos and ponds with waterfalls and picnic areas for students and passerbys to study and relax. Thomas E Ricks Gardens can be used for memorable events, gatherings and wedding receptions. Company parties, family reunions, and company parties can also be scheduled. Parking: You can park in the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street, if necessary. The garage is currently not available for parking or use.

Reservations include full access to the 3,600 square feet of property. The house, the yard, driveway, and street for parking; a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and stove, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combo; a laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing equipment and detergents provided; TVs, fireplaces, AC, heaters and more. We're sure you'll feel at home. The garage is currently not available for parking or use.

Neighbors - This rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that you respect the neighbors by not throwing parties and keeping music or noise down after 10pm every night. This will help our neighbors remain enthusiastic about our rental service.

Smoking, vaping, or the use recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises of the property. We do not host house parties out of respect for our neighbors and to protect our beautiful homes. We are proud to be a company who offers pet friendly places at many of their properties. Pet Policy:

Please note that there is an additional pet charge to protect our properties from the natural wear and tears caused by pets. We allow up to two dogs per guest and charge a pet fees of $50 for one dog or $115 if you have more than two dogs. This fee is payable after the booking is completed when you register your dog on our digital check-in. Please note that pet fees do NOT cover any damages or injuries caused by your pets.

If you fail to comply with the pet fees, smoking/drug policies, and unauthorized parties or events, you could be fined $500, evicted immediately without refund, and charged additional expenses to remove odors and repair any damage.
