Transportation: On FREE shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.

This Fraser Colorado town home is just the ideal setup for a large family or group of friends. The home has western furnishings and decor with a large open floor plan. The fireplace adds the perfect touch to the town home creating a warm and cozy atmosphere that you are sure to appreciate after a day of skiing at Winter Park resort or enjoying the various outdoor activities that the Fraser Valley and Grand County have to offer!
If you need to pick up groceries or forgot something for your ski vacation, the grocery store is super close to this rental, it will take just a quick drive or walk to get the items you need! Other conveniences include a washer/dryer that will come in handy for all those kids in the family or individuals that are part of the group. Who knew that summer and winter vacations in the mountains could create such a pile of laundry!
This town home has more amenities that you could imagine with five tv’s, three vcr’s, a cd player and a deck with spectacular views of Byers Peak. Bedding includes two queen beds, a captain’s bunk (double on the bottom and twin on top), plus two queen sofa sleepers. You will find that this home can sleep up to eleven people which is just the type of lodging that many families and groups are looking for these days! Check in time starts at 4pm. All guest need to check in at 50 Village Drive, Winter Park CO 80482.
Guest arriving after 6pm, will need to contact us at 970-726-6200 to obtain the late check in instructions.
Check out time is at 10am.
Late check out requests are subject to availability and there will be an additional cost.
3 night stay except for Holiday and Spring Break.
16.9% is not included in the nightly rates.
Any monies, once received are non refundable without the purchase of travel insurance.
A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The home is non smoking and no pets allowed.
