This landing pad is decked out with great artwork, thoughtful furnishings and hardwood flooring to compliment your getaway. Beaver Village is conveniently a mile away from the ski resort with shuttle access, and walk to town for summer events at the Rendezvous Event Center, shopping and dining.
The main living area provides a lounge feel by utilizing the seating for 4 at the kitchen bar and a smaller seating area for 2. Pull over some ottomans to have up to 4 at the table for a toast to the day's success in the great outdoors. From the comfortable sectional you can choose your view - the ambiance of the gas fireplace, TV or gaze out through the sliding glass door to the private deck with gas grill with peekaboo views of the Continental Divide.
The master bedroom offers a Tempur-pedic style King with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk with Queen down, Twin up, full bathroom. An air bed is available in the closet. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
