Second Wind by the Sea offers 3,600 square feet of indoor and outdoor living, thoughtfully arranged for groups of up to 12 guests. With five bedrooms, multiple gathering areas, and a private entrance with self check-in via keypad, your stay feels relaxed and convenient from the moment you arrive.
Outdoor Living and Pool Time
Spend your afternoons by the private pool, or head out for a short stroll to the beach. Ocean, beach, and pool views surround the home, and the balcony provides the perfect spot for sunrise coffee or evening sunsets. Beach essentials are provided, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline whenever you please.
Entertainment and Gathering Spaces
The first floor is dedicated to fun and downtime, featuring a 75” HDTV with Roku, a foosball table, board games, and toys for family-friendly entertainment. Color-changing LED lighting and a Denon sound system set the mood for movie nights or laid-back evenings after a day outdoors.
Kitchen and Dining
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home, including stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Gather around the dining table for shared meals, or step outside to use the propane grill poolside.
