Bright and spacious, with incredible views, guests will feel right at home. The kitchen has been updated, and includes tray ceiling, pendant lighting, newer countertops and cabinetry. Up to six guests can comfortably sit at the kitchen table, enjoying a meal or playing board games. The living area with flat screened TV and leads to the outdoor balcony. Here you can enjoy the million dollar views of the pristine beaches and heated swimming pool while taking in the fresh Florida air. No doubt this is where you will spend the majority of your time relaxing. Free Wifi This condo has 2 parking spots. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

The master bedroom is large with two queen beds and attached bathroom with walk in shower and access to the outdoor balcony. The second guestroom also contains two queen beds with plenty of closet space and private bathroom. One full size bed is in the third guestroom which also has lovely views of Johns Pass. All three bedrooms have their own TV and are beautifully decorated for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
