This is your opportunity to vacation in a spacious 3 bedroom corner condo with water views and optional 13,000 lb boat lift. The layout of this 1,825 sq ft condo is perfect for entertaining and family vacationing. An expansive great room provides a large seating and dining area and enjoys a 9 ft ceiling and a wall of sliding glass doors out to the spacious balcony and the water views beyond. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful white sands of Madeira Beach. Month Minimum stay required, please call.

Monthly Rates: January 2023 $4800 - February 2023 - $4800 - March 2023 $5300 - April thru December $4200. Condo Approval required with at least 30 days notice. The chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters is open to the great room allowing for enjoyment of the water view as well as the ability to stay connected to the activities throughout the condo. There is plenty of storage in the extensive cabinetry and closet pantry as well as prep space on the wrap-around granite counters and breakfast bar.

Double doors lead from the great room to the huge master suite with a king bed and water views, balcony access, his and her walk-in closets and en suite bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower and dual sinks. Two large guest bedrooms are located at the other end of the condo and share a beautifully appointed guest bathroom. One guest bedroom has a king and the other has a queen. As a SunHost Resorts managed unit this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows , blankets and sufficient towels for your stay. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours on call person.
