Welcome to this beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in the highly desirable Marsh Lake neighborhood of DeBordieu Colony. Ideally located just minutes from the beach and seconds from the golf clubhouse by golf cart, this villa offers both convenience and luxury.

The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing delicious meals and includes a breakfast bar, coffee pot/Keurig combo, blender, toaster, and all the essentials.
