Property Description

Ocean Dunes 320 is a villa that you will want to return to again and again. It offers all the comforts of home, including wireless internet and long distance calling to the U.S.A and Canada. The bedroom is complete with a queen-size Sleep Number Mattress, a Flat Screen HDTV with built in DVD combo, and a Docking Station. A full-size bathroom is located adjacent to the bedroom. The hallway has 2 semi-private bunk beds, which are ideal for small children. They can be closed off with a door. The living room features a new queen-size sleeper sofa, a La-Z-boy recliner and a wall-mounted 42" flat screen HDTV and DVD-player. A dining table seats 4. The villa has a variety of books, DVD's and games for your enjoyment. The living area has a private balcony that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Ceiling fans were installed in the bedroom, living area, and balcony. The Condo features a fully equipped kitchen with small appliances such as a blender, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. It also has an Electric Range, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware to make cooking easy. Each Ocean Dunes unit has wireless internet access. The Ocean Dunes oceanfront pool has a heated pool that will be open seven days per week throughout the year. The industry standard temperature for the pool will be 82 degrees. The pool hours are 9AM to sunset. Ocean Dunes is located at the south end island, along South Forest Beach Drive. It is just a short distance from Coligny Plaza, and the Coligny Beach Park. Ocean Dunes is a property on the oceanfront, located about 70 yards from it. The Player's Club is available to our guests for free. They offer an indoor heated pool and a fitness center. Guests have free access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks.
