It is just seven minutes away from the beach making it one of Hilton Head Island's most sought-after rental properties. Fiddler's Cove's new owners renovated this 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa. The main living areas were adorned with wood flooring. The kitchen features all new stainless appliances including a stack washer/dryer, and updated bathrooms. The living room includes all new furniture. The villa is located on the 3rd floor. There are two swimming pools on the property. One is located across from a small parking lot. This Fiddler's. The Cove unit provides sleeping accommodations for six, with one queen-sized and two twin beds in the master bedroom and two twins in each of the guest bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed inside the living area. Charter Spectrum packages are available to guests who desire a flat-screen TV in the living areas. Your stay includes free WIFI. The kitchen features small appliances that aren't usually available in a rental. The Living Room features a small balcony. Fiddler's Cove's vast landscape includes numerous playgrounds, picnic and grill areas, as well as a private lagoon with wildlife. You can access the complex entrance via the extensive bike trails that lead you to Hilton Head. The new Breeze Trolley stop at the entrance offers free transportation to Shelter Cove’s many shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Fiddler's Cove has resort amenities like free parking, a 24-hour security gate, two outdoor swimming pool (heated in spring and fall) and a hot tub. You can reserve ten Har Tru clay tennis court of championship caliber as well as four pickleball courts. **Weekly rentals are available for Saturday through Saturday during summer months and for a minimum 3 nights in the off season months** **Call us for daily rates and availability.
