Your family will love the Summer when you are only minutes away from Big Sky Community Park. Pack a picnic and enjoy it by the West Fork Gallatin River, which runs along the entire park. Watch the kids play Frisbee Golf, Frisbee Soccer, or even climb the climbing wall. The pool at the complex is a great place to watch the sunset after a long day of fun in the park. The pool opens July 1st, and closes Labor Day.

Enjoy 85+ km of perfectly groomed trails on the cross-country skiing trail that runs through your backyard in the winter. Top 10 HOA Rules and Regulations The quiet hours on the SPC Campus are 10 PM to 7AM daily. Hot tub users are the main violators of this regulation. This rule also applies to the clubhouse and pool area.

The Board must approve any maintenance, alteration or modification to any common or restricted common element.

Signs or banners are not allowed in windows, patios or decks. This includes, but not limited to, small signs for real estate (i.e. approximately 8a x12a) with accompanying brochures are allowed in the exterior entrance of the applicable unit.

HPM must be contacted by the homeowner before connecting an existing satellite dish.

Garage doors should be closed when not in use. All garages have heating and pipes can freeze within the walls of garages very quickly. Garages should also be closed to keep animals (including bears) and thieves away.

Parking is only available for the owners and their guests. Per unit, only two vehicles are permitted. On campus, no trailers are allowed. Overflow parking is the best place to park large vehicles like Sprinter Vans or long bed trucks. After every snowfall, vehicles must be moved to make room for snow removal. All parking rules and regulations must be adhered to.

Renters are not permitted to have pets in any circumstances.

Users of the pool and clubhouse must clean up after them. Each pool user must keep the pool area neat and clean and remove all refuse. All items and dishware left in the Clubhouse which do not belong to it will be thrown out. The clubhouse and pool area are not pet-friendly.

The dumpsters are only for the use of the property owners, tenants, and allowed occupants ONLY! DO NOT PUT HOT ASHES IN DUMPSTERS!

The SPC Declaration prohibits the use of explosive devices or open fires on SPC property. This means that lighting or releasing fireworks on SPC PROPERTY is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

AmenitiesThe complex of this property has a recreation building for residents and guests. The year-round work-out room is available, but the pool/hot-tub is only available in the summer (usually from July 1 to Labor Day weekend). Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an access code for this facility. Two Pines does not manage these amenities, and is not responsible for any unexpected closings.

*Complex Hot Tub/pool is not available in the winter*. This home has a hot tub that's open all year.

Montana A/C is a good way to cool down the house during summer. It involves opening windows at night, and closing them during the day. Closing the windows during the day will keep cool air in the house. We ask that you close them if you're not at home.

Transportation to Big Sky from Bozeman AirportIt is important to have a vehicle available during your stay in order to enjoy all that Big Sky offers. You can travel easily from the Gallatin river to Lone Peak. In other communities, taxis and ride-sharing services are plentiful. However, Big Sky is a small community with limited transportation options. We offer a 5% off code to Explore Rentals. They are located just minutes from the Bozeman airport and offer 4 wheel drive vehicles equipped with snow tires during the winter and all season tires during the summer.
