This contemporary condo is located in one of Victoria's Inner Harbour's best buildings. The Astoria building receives high praise from both owners and renters as a wonderful place to call home (even if for just a few nights).

The condo is steps away from Victoria’s bustling Inner Harbour. Easy walking to the Empress Hotel, Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, harbour ferries & seaplane services, specialty shops, theatres, symphony, Fisherman's Wharf, Victoria's Bug Zoo, Beacon Hill Park (our favourite) and so much more. Downtown Victoria provides a huge number of wonderful cafes, bistros, pubs and restaurants.

Inside the condo you will find the living areas and kitchen done in contemporary laminate flooring and the bedrooms carpeted. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and many extras to ensure you have all that you need to create your next culinary masterpiece.

To save you time and money, the following amenities are provided: paper products (including paper towels and toilet paper), bags for waste, hand soaps, shampoo, dish and laundry soap, salt and pepper.

The living room has a wall mounted large flat screen smart TV. The TV comes with an excellent cable package and is equipped with apps such as Netflix for access to your own Netflix account. A comfortable couch and cozy electric fireplace complement the living area. This suite has available a portable 1400 BTU air conditioning unit, to help with our high temperature days.

The master bedroom has a King Size bed and a shower tub combination in the full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a nice desk providing the opportunity to work from home. The second full bathroom has a stall shower, perfect for anyone with mobility challenges.

The size of the condo is approximately 860 Sq. ft.

The Astoria building has an amenities/lounge on the first floor with a billiards table and is great for a meeting place. The fitness room is adjacent to the amenities room for your workouts.

Secure underground parking comes with your rental as does high speed wi-fi and local phone.

This complete condo will offer you the best “home away from home” experience ever. Everything that you need has been thought of. You only need to bring your suitcase!

Important Notes:

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

Each Astoria unit has a bike rack at the back of it’s parking spot, with room for two or three bikes. Your own cable and lock are required. Please advise our Representative if you are bringing bikes. You may also rent bikes while you are here. Many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored on their premises at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
