Being in the heart of James Bay, Sunset Haven is close to a variety of amenities including Beacon Hill Park, James Bay Village, the Inner Harbour and downtown. Constructed of steel and concrete, this exceptionally well kept and professionally managed building has received many recent upgrades. Residents enjoy numerous amenities including Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Fitness Centre, Common Room and Kitchen, Two Guest Suites, Library, Community Gardens, Indoor parking and Secure Bike Storage.
This condo is bright and airy with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in every room that lead to balconies that will be cool and comfortable in the summer months. It's northwest view provides fabulous sunset views and magical views of the fairy-tale legislature lights at night. The view is very European during the day with glimpses of the ocean. The mid-century furnishing is stylish and comfortable.
The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated (end of 2022). The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and many extras to ensure you have all that you need to create your next culinary masterpiece.
The main bedroom has been converted to an office for anybody who needs to work efficiently from home while the second bedroom has been converted to a bedroom which features a new and luxurious queen sized mattress on a storage bed. The bedroom is also fitted with a black out blind.
The condo floor area is approximately 740 Sq. ft.

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'4" (1.93 M) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.
LAUNDRY: This condo does not have in suite laundry. There is a large laundry room on basement level of the building. Machines operate using refillable laundry cards.
MINIMUM STAY: The minimum stay in the unit is 30 days.
This unit may accept a small dog. Please ask. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Bike Storage is first come, first served so there will be no guarantee that there will be space. Please let us know if you plan to bring bikes before you arrive.

In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere.
