The open floorplan of the condo maximizes the space and the large windows and 9ft ceiling ensure the unit is bright and airy.

The contemporary, spacious and fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a top-of-the-line high-end appliances and many extras to ensure you have all that you need to create your next culinary masterpiece!

The bedroom has a queen bed and comes with ample closet space. The 4-piece bathroom is modern and cozy with programmable heated floor and spacious vanity.

The home has two large smart TV’s, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, and which come with a cable package and are Netflix enabled.

The living space is complemented with a study den with desk, ideal for those seeking to work from home!

The home is stocked with a start-up supply of everything you need to enjoy your stay, from bathroom amenities to laundry soap. For those staying with us for a longer period of time, you will likely need to replenish what you require.

You will receive the important Check-in information email and text message 7 days before arrival that will prompt you to set up an arrival plan with our Representative.

CHECK IN is between 4 pm and 10 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

Bicycle parking is provided in the building and is on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know if you intend to bring your bicycles.

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
