Keepers Landing is one of Bald Head Island's best kept secrets! Located in Cape Fear Station, 30 Keeper's Landing, a 4BR/4.5BA gem, offers the best of two worlds - the enchanting Maritime Forest and the magical Marsh/Creek. This marsh-front retreat is wonderfully spacious and welcoming! Its reverse floor-plan leads you from the front porch to a welcoming foyer with a charming reading nook under a bay window. There are three large bedrooms located on this floor. Each has its own bathroom and its own special amenities! The first floor master features a king bed, a comfortable private sitting area-perfect for a quiet night of book reading-and its own porch. Both of the other bedrooms provide queen beds, their own ensuite baths and access to the spacious screen porch that overlooks the serene marsh. One of these rooms also offers a cozy bay window seat, great for snuggling.

Upstairs, the soaring ceilings add to the bright openness of the fireplace-anchored sitting area. The living room also offers a TV with DVD/VHS/CD and stereo options or you can turn off the electronics and revel in the amazing views! Clean lines define this floor- the dining area comfortably seats six and offers additional places for four at the nearby breakfast bar; an updated kitchen features stainless appliances and a spacious, covered upper balcony is just the spot to enjoy al fresco dining or just breathe in the serenity. Steps down from this balcony is the home's open, marsh-side deck that provides another place to commune with nature and access to the community's marsh boardwalk. A second king master is also located on this level. This suite affords a large private sitting area, a private covered porch with marsh/creek views and a luxurious master bath.

While visiting Keepers Landing 30, enjoy the many additional amenities this home has to offer- such as boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, an outdoor shower and the boardwalk to the community pier that stretches all the way out onto the marsh. This residence also comes with internet access and two golf carts (a four-passenger and a six-passenger). Plus, our homes' rental charges include cleaning fees, damage insurance and our Property Manager Assistance Line, available 24/7 ...something you'll appreciate if your air conditioning goes out on the weekend or you get a golf cart flat after 5 PM. BHI Club and Shoals Club memberships are available for additional fees.

"Great Stay at Keeper's Landing 30. This property is amazing. It is clean, nicely decorated and has all the amenities you need for a wonderful vacation on BHI. The view of the creak is fantastic. We ate our breakfast on that second story porch every morning.
The house has two four person carts that are in great condition (we have stayed in homes with less than ideal carts). The house also had brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs, not the rusty ones that have seen better days.
The location can't be beat--close to both east beach and south beach accesses, and of course it is right on the creek.
The realty/property managers (Wendy WIlmot) were fantastic. There was a great folder full of information waiting for us. We had a small issue with the ice maker, and they were right on it. Definitely the best experience we have ever had with a rental house. One day a guy showed up to replace a light on our garage that we did not even notice was burned out. I assume they must inspect the property after each rental to stay on top of these things. Impressive.
