Property Description

Coast2Coast is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath waterfront Executive retreat located on the Island's West Beach. It is tucked down a winding, bushbed drive. The property boasts a large private swimming pool, multiple outdoor living spaces, and access to the beach. The hexagonal open floor plan is awe-inspiring with the expansive views of the water on three sides. The large dining area is flanked with glass, allowing you to enjoy waterscapes while enjoying your meal. If alfresco appeals to you, you can take a seat on the large back deck and enjoy the breezes from the water while you eat. The chef's kitchen is also nearby and offers stunning views. It has plenty of marble quartz countertops, farm sinks, Thermador stainless appliance and a breakfast bar that can accommodate four. The adjacent living area is anchored by a large sectional and offers plenty to sit down for conversation, movie-watching, or game-playing. This main space is connected by several hallways. The first leads to a large sundeck that overlooks the pool. You can enjoy the sun's rays from above the pool, but you can also get a quick dip by staying close enough. A sunny, ship-lapped King Suite is located beyond the deck entrance. It offers water views on one side and access the pool deck on another. The spa-like bath features a mosaic-tiled floor and a stand-alone tub. It also has a water closet, a glassed walk in shower, and a water closet. The second hallway leads to the laundry and half-bath. It also leads to another beachfront KingMaster that offers sliding glass doors egress to another deck. This is only steps away from the home's access to the beach. This suite also has a full bath that pampers. The third hallway leads to two queen bedrooms. The first bedroom has its own ensuite and separate balcony that overlooks the pool. The second bathroom is located in the hall and has access to the pool deck. You'll find a large living/dining area with windows that showcase even more stunning ocean scenes as you ascend the stairs. You can also enjoy the Atlantic's sweeping breezes and take in the outdoor surrounds from two outdoor walkways. The last door from this hall leads to the garage/workshop, where you will find the four- and six-passenger golf carts. This is also the level that leads to the pool. You can also relax, sunbathe, or enjoy a picnic by your private, secluded pool. Coast2Coast is a great choice for coastal vacations because it's close to Old Baldy, the marina, shops and restaurants.
