Property Description

Located on the North shore side of Lake of the Ozarks is this fabulous 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home.Nestled in the trees, you will find plenty of parking.

Once inside you will find an open Living Room with a flat screen TV, a dining area with seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. Kitchen also includes a coffee pot and Keurig and anything you would need. (Say hello to Alexa - as there is an Echo located in the kitchen!) Also off the main room is the laundry room with half bath and a screened in deck with ceiling fan and 4 top outdoor table.

Continuing down the hall you will find a Queen bedroom with TV, a hall bathroom and another bedroom with a Queen and Full bed. The Master bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen TV, deck access and private bathroom with a Tub/Shower.

Head on downstairs to find a bedroom with a Twin over Twin bunk bed, a Twin bed, a couch that folds out to a sofa sleeper and flat screen TV.

Outdoors you will find an arbor over the upstairs sitting deck That also includes the gas grill. Lower level also accommodates sitting and an open deck with cushioned chairs for sitting.

The dock features a swing, picnic table, 3 loungers and swim plat form with wet steps. One 10x30 slip is available for guests. You can also tie to the side if you are bringing other water toys.
