Property Information
As the name implies this newer two story house is not only the 'Right Place' but perhaps the perfect place for you and your party. With panoramic ocean views in a quiet west-of-Hwy 1 subdivision, the open floor plan and huge upstairs deck were built with relaxation and rejuvination in mind. The wraparound decks lead to a perfectly situated spa on the northwest corner of the house. Hot tubbers will appreciate not only the ocean views but the wonderful east-facing vistas of the coastal plain.
The master bedroom features a gas fireplace and excelent ocean view. Three additional bedrooms downstairs offer private places to curl up with a book or catch up on your favorite movies as each bedroom has an entertainment system. Enjoy a game of ping pong in the garage/game room or fire up the built in BBQ for some serious grilling!
Just a short drive to wine tasting in the Anderson Valley or a visit Navarro State Beach for to hunt for sea treasures.
