This beautiful house is situated on a large corner lot (approximately 8,000 square feet) on one of the most
prestigious streets of Sunset Park. And it's located just 1.5 miles from the beach, close enough to enjoy but far enough to have peace at night.
This graciously appointed house offers over 2,000 square feet of living space, and views which can be
enjoyed from virtually every room. Hardwood floors connect the living room to the dining area and to the
beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen.
Downstairs, the house opens up to a large den -- complete with spacious sofas, an entertainment system
and a wood-burning fireplace. The back yard features a garden spa, a barbecue, lots of space for
dogs, frisbee or a volleyball net,.
The home is conveniently located by parks, exquisite shopping, and great dining.

"Our family loved staying at the California Cape Cod. The house was spacious and comfortable. The design was a combination of Cape Cod classic with a touch of the exotic. The master bed was very comfortable! The Jacuzzi was fun. We enjoyed the evening views on the balcony which looked over the tree lined golf course and Marina Del Rey. In addition, the Ocean Park neighborhood was terrific, good restaurants, clean parks and interesting shops (i.e. yoga studio, book store, clothing etc.)! The location of the house is also close to Venice and Santa Monica's 3rd street Promenade.
