Property Information

Breathtaking, incredible "Valley of the Moon" and vineyard views! Next to Cline Cellars, Gloria Ferrar Champagne Caves and Viansa Wineries. Truly a picture-perfect setting in Sonoma Wine Country, just minutes from downtown Sonoma and 25 miles from San Francisco and Oakland. This beautiful, 4700 square foot villa features five bedrooms plus an Italian leather sleeper sofa in the den, a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and completely equipped for entertaining, a brand new 40 X 15 heated swimming pool with slide pool, massive decks with views, and verandas. The bright, light, and open interior is accentuated by soaring ceilings, two-story windows, and French doors leading onto the paver tiled verandas and courtyard containing a fountain. The master bedroom has a sun room and a shower detailed with glass block, and an antique king size poster bed, and private deck. There are two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds and sharing a full bath, upstairs, one of the bedrooms is in the loft, and there is an attached upper level large deck, and lounge chairs. On the main floor, the den with a large screen TV has an Italian leather Queen sleeper sofa.

The downstairs features a spacious game/entertainment room, and one bedroom with a queen bed, and living room with full-size futon sleeper, full bath, and separate washer and dryer. The entire house is air conditioned and available for up to 12 people for weekly, or monthly occupancy. You will love being surrounded by luxury in this large Mediterranean home. WE HAVE A ONE WEEK MINIMUM [$4370, including tax] from APRIL-OCTOBER/. Exception to 1 week minimum: if the Villa is not rented 30 days prior to your arrival, it is available nightly for just $975 per nite including tax!

1 week minimum stays are Sunday to Sunday.
