The home is nestled in Morro Bay Heights, where it is just far enough from the rustle and bustle of people and cars yet close enough to all the "hot spots" in Morro Bay .. the waterfront and beaches are just a couple minutes away. There is a beautiful rock fireplace where you can enjoy cozy days or evenings. The master suite on the 2nd floor has a spectacular view - during the day you see the Morro Bay Rock, the bay and ocean and in the evening you see the city lights and beautiful sunsets. The home is spacious (1600 sq.ft.) has loads of character, comfortable and custom built by the very man to saved the Morro Bay rock from being destroyed. They were going to use the rock to fill up the rivers and dams. There is a large viewing deck in the back. There is alot to do in Morro Bay...you can enjoy the beach, surf, walk down the waterfront/boardwalk and enjoy the many restaurants and unique boutiques, fishing, you can bring your own boat and enjoy the water, golf course is less than 5 minutes away, sightseeing, swimming and much much more. Close to Morro Bay is Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Shell Beach, Cayucos. You visit Hearst Castle or take a trip to the various wineries, washer and dryer is in the basement.
