Our log cabin is often said to be "cozy Luxury" for our winter time guests.4 floors, Sleeps 10, 2 queens, 1 Full, 2 twins, 1 queen pull out couch. All linens provided on pillow top mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen, Microwave, full size dishwahser, frig, ect... washer & dryer. 2 TV's one in our new Home Movie Theater with 61 inch HD tv with surround sound and 75 FREE DVD's, The other in the livingroom with 50 Free VHS. 1 Fireplace, 8 FT. wrap around porches, 7 rockers, 1 Hammock for 2, 1 charcoal Grill, 1 wooden swing for 2, 1 high chair, 1 portable crib, 2 1/2 bathrooms all towels provided log cabin comes with stater amenities. 1 8FT slate pool table, 1 8ft hockey table. books for adults and kids. Games for adults and kids.

This 4 SEASON "Hideaway" Log Cabin Is the perfect "retreat" for family and or friends. We are just 2 miles from Lake Champlain where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, canoeing, boating, jet skiing, water skiing and lots more! Take a sail boat tour or a dinner cruise! We have lots of hiking all around us. The cabin itself sits on 56 private acres of it's own for you to have a fun and or romantic picnic with your loved ones! Walks etc... We even provide the wicker picnic basket. NEW Hammock for 2 on our huge wrap around porch! In addition, when requested in advance we allow family get-togethers and small weddings. Birthday parties etc... Please inquire.

For your relaxation The Cabin's is very peaceful and takes you away from the stress of life, Yet close enough to restaurants and stores to feel comfortable. We are near Vermont's largest city, Burlington, yet far enough away to feel you are away from it all. Burlington is only 20 minutes north of our cabin.

With the large living room with cathedral ceiling, to the fully equipped kitchen you won't want for anything! Our bedrooms are furnished with warm inviting furnishing and antiques... the mattresses are all new pillow top beds -- Wonderful to sleep on! Sheets are laced edge for that "Old Fashioned" touch. Even the kids won't want to go home:)

We have provided Games for the children and Adults alike and a Basket of pamphlets for you to browse and decide what you'll do for your stay here in Vermont. For guests with children, we offer the opportunity to visit a REAL Vermont Dairy Farm where they can go see hundreds of cows, visit the baby calves, horses, rabbits, cats, dogs and puppies. Should they wish, they can see the cows milked too! This farm is the Real thing... Not a tourist attraction -- only available to our guests upon request.

Holiday Rates are 15% higher.

Pets welcome - Pet Fee of $250 per pet per week.

Daily Rate $250-$399 3 night min.

Taxes not included in rental price.

Hot Tub Rental not included in price.

Check in 4 PM on 1st day and check out 11 AM of last day for all rentals.

Deposits

35% of rental fee due at reservation.

$450.00 security deposit required plus remaining balance of rental fee due 6 weeks in advance to reservation date for non-peak times,

and due 2 months in advance for peak times.

Security Deposit refunded in full on final day after cabin inspection.

Refunds

We do not refund for any reason due to the fact that it is so hard to re-book once you've turned away other guests. Therefore we offer CSA vacation travel protection which if you choose to take will cover you in case you needed to cancel plus much, much, more. It is very reasonalble and is a excellent value for peace of mind
