Set atop a high dune offering maximum views, Cabaret III is sure to be a crowd pleaser. This spacious home has numerous getaway areas to ensure everyone has a little space of their own. Whether enjoying the beach, pool or abundant nearby shops and restaurants, you and your family will be glad you chose Cabaret III for your vacation. Ground entry level offers two bedrooms (each with a duo bunk), alcove with additional Duo Bunk, 2 full baths, powder room and rec room with pool table and tiki bar. Also, a large laundry room on the entry level with a refridgerator. Mid-level houses a King Master, a Queen Master, 2 additional bedrooms and three baths. Upper level features a huge greatroom, several dining areas, powder room, well-equipped kitchen and lovely sunroom with a queen pull out sofa and work station.
****New in 2008 is a "killer" theater room with 62" TV and suround sound on ground level and a TIKI Bar added to the pool area.
