Okemo 10 minutes, Killington, Stratton, Bromley, Magic, and x-country skiing within 30 minutes (Fox Run X-Country 10 minutes). Near National Forest (you can x-country ski on snowmobile trails--beautiful!), lakes/rivers (canoeing/fishing), Bromley's Thrill Park (with water & alpine slides, Devalkarts, climbing wall, miniature golf, etc.), 18-hole golf, tennis, restaurants, 20-minute walk to Weston Priory (Benedictine Monastery w/daily prayer). Village has summer playhouse (offers off-season activities as well), antique/craft shops, galleries, country stores (Weston is home of The Vermont Country Store), Kinhaven Music School. Local recreation area offers swimming pond w/diving board, tennis, basketball, picnic area w/BBQ grills and tables. 4-wheel drive hillside when snow-covered (plowed, but steep--not a bad walk up if you don't have 4WD). Fully equipped and applianced (no personal linens supplied). Ideally suited for no more than 6 adults, 2 kids + crib.

Jan.-March 19,'07 2-night non-holiday wknds $600; 3-night Martin Luther Wknd $700; Feb. 16-19 $1,050. Midweek from $110/nt.
Summer '07 June 30-Sept. 1 $4,000 (Rooms Tax not applicable). Summer $550 week.
Rates do not include 9% Rooms Tax and refundable security/cleaning deposit (a cleaning fee of up to $60 will be deducted from the security/cleaning deposit if the house is not left in clean condition--i.e., if you clean well, you get the whole thing back).
As you can see, rates vary greatly. I take into consideration how many people are in the group with respect to non-holiday weekly pricing. Non-holiday winter weeks start at $900 for 2 people and go up minimally per extra person. Please email me for an exact quote, giving me the number of people in your group (adults & children).
