This large spacious home is located just before Waimea Bay on the North Shore of Oahu in front of a famous surf spot know as Alligator's. Guests often comment that what makes this house unique is the ability to enjoy a fantastic surfing experience in such an elegant home.
Additional Rate Information
RATES: Regular Base Rate $550/nt. up to 8. Each additional guests up to 10 at $25/per night. Summer Base Rate (6/1-8/30) $650 up to 8. Thanksgiving Base Rate $650 up to 8. Christmas Base Rate $950 for 8. Studio holds an additional 4 for $150 for 2 and $25 each additional person up to 4. Cleaning Fee - $450 unless guests do not use the studio which is the 5th bedroom in which case we will refund $150 or only charge $300. Reservation Fee - $100.
