This Studio Condo is situated in Granby Ranch, formerly known as Silver Creek, which is just 15 minutes from the Winter Park Resort and 20 minutes from the majestic Grand Lake area and Rocky Mountain National Park. The ski lifts at the Sol-Vista Ski Area are right outside our front door! You can literally walk in your ski boots, to the lift. The 360 degree views are incredible. Snow covered peaks, rolling hills and the golf course are just minutes away.
The pull-down murphy bed in the living room will sleep 2 people, and the pull-out sofa in the same room will also sleep 2. A fill-and-drain hot tub is situated in its own private nook of the room. A full bathroom is centrally located on the lower level. The spiral staircase will take you to a private bedroom in the loft, which houses another Queen bed. The living room area is very comfortable and contains a working fireplace. Wood is provided. The kitchen is fully-stocked for all of your cooking needs.
A private clubhouse is also just steps from the Condo. It contains an outdoor hot tub, wet and dry saunas, an indoor pool, and a meeting area. There are also changing areas and showers for your convenience.
A new City Market is conveniently located near the entrance of Granby Ranch.
