Property Information

A Extraordinary home located at the end of Rocky Point Road surrounded by water and panoramic views from every room. All amenities are new as of this year including house furniture linens and beds.

This is the most spectacular setting for nature; tremendous variety of birds, ducks, geese, cranes, storks, and other wildlife throughout the property's views. There is also an abundance of wild turkey and deer that likes to swim in front of the property during the warmer month.

The house has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with tile and carpet flooring. The seating is spread out with a beautiful eight person dining set, also a five person seated at the kitchen/living room bar and a kitchen island that can also accommodate four people.

The downstairs is open to the natural surroundings which is sheltered from the sun but not the views. This downstairs area is equipped with a hammock and a swinging couples chair. There is also a ping pong table for those unlikely rainy days. Outside there is plenty of grass to run around and plenty of parking for the whole family.

New '05 Bayliner boat also available for additional fees.

A $1000 deposit is required at the time reservation is made, Half of the remaining must balance must be paid 90 days prior to arrival Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date Cancellations are subject to $100 cancellation and processing fee

there is no refund if cancelled 21 days prior to arrival date. All renters are required a damage deposit that will be refunded The home will be inspected for damages missing items and long distant calls
