Our philosophy is simple... we offer a beautiful house at a reasonable rate, and our guests come back again and again.
Season Friday - Sunday Monday - Thursday
Spring (Apr 14 - June 12) $220 per night $170 per night
Summer (June 15 - Sep 6) $260 per night $210 per night
Fall (Sep 7 - Nov 18) $220 per night $170 per night
Ski Season (Nov 19 - Apr 13) $310 per night $250 per night
Cleaning fee is $80 for your stay.
City's TOT tax of 6% will be added to rental amount.
Spring Special: Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night FREE (excludes holidays).
Full-week stay: 20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas: (12/17/2007 - 12/26/2007): $480 per night.
New Years: (12/27/2007 - 1/1/2008): $540 per night.
Other holidays: Weekend rate plus a $50 per night premium applies.
There is a $35 booking fee on all of our cabins.

This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located in a serene setting, nestled among the pine trees. It will comfortably accomodate two families. You can walk to the golf course, zoo and Bear Mountain ski resort. It has a stunning river-rock fireplace and an additional wood-burning stove. The open-beam wooden ceilings give it a real "mountain cabin" feel. The kitchen, living and dining areas have an open floorplan... perfect for entertaining.
It is fully furnished with the conveniences of a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove/oven, cable TV, DVD, VCR, washer/dryer, cooking utensils, dishes, coffee maker, and phone for local calls.

The huge master suite has vaulted ceilings with a king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub and French doors leading to a private balcony. The junior suite has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bathroom directly across the hall. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a very comfortable "Aero bed" in the family room.

There is a long driveway with enough space to park 4 vehicles.

The large deck in front of the house is perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun. You have a great view of the mountains and it is ideal for BBQ's or just kicking back and relaxing.

This beautifully-decorated house is located in a quiet, forested neighborhood that is across the street from the highest golf course in Southern California. It has a beautiful brick fireplace surrounded by the warmth of wood and the lightness of an open-beam ceiling. It is fully furnished with the conveniences of a microwave, gas stove/oven, cable TV, CD/Stereo, VCR, DVD, washer/dryer, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, sheets, towels, and phone.
3 Comfortable Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms
The largest bedroom has a king-size bed and a "sitting room" with a view of the golf course and the mountains. The second bedroom has a brass queen-size bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and a single bed. There are 2 roll-away beds. You can sleep 9 in beds.
Deck With A View
There is a wide deck that offers great views of the golf course and the mountains. You can enjoy a barbeque or just relax and watch the "slow motion" action of Big Bear.
Wood Everywhere
With wooden beams and wood on most of the walls, you get the feel of a "real mountain chalet". And speaking of "wood", we provide enough firewood for your first night at no charge.

Only 5 minutes from the largest lake in Southern California, there is convenient access to a myriad of water sports. The lake is stocked with trout and bass during the year, providing exceptional fishing during the spring, summer, and fall months. All types of boat rentals are available ranging from catamarans to canopy boats to jet skis.
During the winter, Big Bear Lake is home to the absolute best skiing in Southern California. Ski areas such as Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, and Snow Valley, all within close proximity, provide a tremendous variety of challenges to skiers of all skill levels. Bear Mountain is a 2-minute drive from your doorstep.
And any time of the year is a good time for the unique shopping experience of Big Bear, less than a mile from your vacation home.
