La Casa Vista Vail is a lovely, three-story duplex decorated in a warm, mountain style, accented with hardwood and stone floors and vaulted ceilings in every room. Wrap around windows present beautiful views of mountains on three sides.
La Casa Vista Vail is located just minutes from the center of Vail Village giving you easy access to all of the Vail Valley’s activities. This 2,500 square foot, custom decorated residence is the perfect place to start all of your winter or summer Vail area adventures. Live the life of luxury as you enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace or savor stunning views of the Vail Valley and surrounding mountain slopes!
Convenient to the entire Vail Valley, La Casa Vista Vail overlooks the Vail Golf Course. White River National Park bike trails start less than 1/2 mile from the front door and the Vail Golf Course is less than five minutes away. Cross country skiing and excellent hiking opportunities are available for your pleasure within a few minutes walk. In the winter, sledding is as close as the back door.
We are located less than five minutes’ walk from the free Vail Shuttle and five minutes drive from the Vail Village parking facility, giving you easy access to all of the Vail Valley's activities.
La Casa Vista Vail accommodates up to ten guests. The home has three bedrooms and a sleeping loft along with 2 ˝ bathrooms. We offer a Jacuzzi deck overlooking the valley and an enclosed one car garage along with additional parking for guests who bring a car.

Rates
La Casa Vista Vail is available year round, subject to prior booking. This allows you to enjoy the season of your choice.
As they say in Vail "You come for the skiing, but you stay for the summer."
Payment Timing
We require an $800.00 deposit to hold your reservation and as a damage deposit. Rental reservations are taken on a "first deposit received" basis.
We require full payment 60 days prior to arrival. Please make payments with a personal, business or cashier's check.
We accept credit cards, though a slight fee may apply.Full payment 30 days prior. $800 Security Deposit in addition to rent required.

Living Area
The living area is furnished with two large couch arrangements, one which pulls out into a queen bed. The second arrangement focuses on the large fireplace, a perfect place to warm up and enjoy a hot drink after a hard day on the slopes or to read a book after a day hiking in the hills. The living area is equipped with cable TV, VCR, stereo with cassette and CD player, along with an answering machine.
The dining area has a large table with seating for eight along with an additional breakfast bar area. You will revel in the panoramic views on three sides, from the Gore Range, the Golf Course, and Gold Peak at Vail while enjoying your meal!
The large deck is equipped with an eight-person spa and a gas grill. With stunning views (and starry nights!) you might be tempted to spend all of your time in the invigorating bubbles as you sip on your glass of sparkling champagne!
Kitchen
The kitchen is finished in gourmet style. It has custom cabinetry, huge granite counter tops and tons of work space. In addition to two ovens, the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and trash compactor. We keep the cupboards fully stocked with staples such as flour and sugar so you won't have to spend extra time or money purchasing small quantities of items that you need. The home also has a full sized washer and dryer located in a laundry room on a lower level.

The large deck is equipped with an eight person Jacuzzi and a gas grill. With stunning views of the golf course, Vail Valley and the Gore Range mountaintops you might be tempted to spend all of your time in the invigorating bubbles as you sip on your glass of wine.
Master Suite
The master suite encompasses three rooms on the middle level with a king bed and attached bath. A cozy sitting/reading room is located just off the master bedroom for your quiet time enjoyment. The suite is fully equipped with Cable TV, VCR and Stereo.
The adjoining Master Bath is fully appointed with double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, heated floors and more than ample closet space.
Second Bedroom
The second and third bedrooms, along with a sleeping loft are on the third level.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen-sized bed, Cable TV, VCR and radio. It has a full size dresser and tons of closet space.
Third Bedroom
Bedroom 3 is furnished with queen-sized bed, Cable TV, and radio. This room also has a full sized dresser and a large closet.
The loft is furnished with two twin beds and a small dresser.
The third level bedrooms share a full sized bathroom along with a half bath on the master bedroom level.
