The Arenas Casita is a historic 1931 Spanish Colonial beach home, only three blocks to the semi-private Little Point Beach and five blocks to the world-famous Windansea Beach. This home has all the amenities you will need to enjoy and wonderful vacation at the semi-private Little Point beach.
The Arenas Casita is a relaxing and peaceful 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with a large living room, open floorplan with hardwood floors throughout. The two beautifully decorated bedrooms have large closets, quality matresses, luxury linens and pillows. The living room is fully equipped with a comfortable couch, two leather club chairs, 27 inch television with HBO, a dvd player and a seperate work/study desk area with wifi high speed internet access. In addition, there is a stereo with 6 disk CD player, and a telephone with free local and long distance service.
The galley kitchen is complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal.
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with contemporary furnishings, luxury linens and a bold and fresh feel. This room has a quality king-size mattress, 20-inch cable television, walk in closet, and attaches to the bathroom. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated as well with a queen-size mattress, luxury linens, nightstands at both sides of the bed, full-size dresser, direct access to the patio, as well as a large closet and direct access to the bathroom. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are provided.
The Arenas Casita has a sunny and quiet back patio shaded by bougainvilleas and fruit bearing trees. This space comes complete with an outdoor dining area, charcoal BBQ and Chimenea (Mexican fire place).
This home is a great place to spend your vacation and enjoy your stay in our beach neighborhood. The beach is only a short 3 block walk away and we provide a surf board, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, 3 bicycles (2 adult, 1 kids) and wagon to carry everything with you so that you can better enjoy the area the way locals do. When you get back from a long day at the beach, this home also has a hot/cold outdoor shower for rinsing off.
A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. There is a one car garage as well as off street parking for one additional car. In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card.
