Nicely appointed 3 bedroom/2.5 bath town home features almost 1700 square feet of living space and is beautifully decorated for your comfort and luxury. Home features large bonus room with double bunk beds set up as third sleeping area. It is located on the sunny West side of Keystone only 5 minutes from the ski lifts. The natural light and openness from the high ceilings and large windows offers great views of the local mountains. From our town home you will be able to experience and enjoy everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer with in steps of the front door! The town home also offers a separate attached heated garage.
Steps from the unit is a year round heated pool and large indoor hot-tub. Many great restaurants and eclectic shopping choices are located a short walk, bike, or shuttle from our town home. The shuttle stops are at both entrances to the town home complex and will take you to the lifts or River Run in minutes.

3 night minimum stay required. $125 cleaning charge for stays less than 5 nights. Rates do not include 5.8% Summit County Lodging Tax. Deposit required to hold reservation. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. A full refund will be given for a cancellation notice given 60 days or more prior to arrival date. No refunds offered for less than 60 days notice of cancellation. Travel insurance is always recommended. Rates subject to change without notice.

Two large sunny decks! One is on the North side off the dining room and features a gas grill and an outdoor dining table. The South deck off the living room is the perfect place to soak in the mountain views while enjoying your apres ski beverages.
Gourmet kitchen is fully appointed and has lots of extras for the cook, including crockpot, ricer/steamer, coffee maker and gourmet espresso machine.
The large living Room is the perfect gathering place and has a gas fireplace, Cable TV featuring HBO, DVD, Stereo, and a queen size sofa sleeper.

Dining Room is large and separate with comfortable seating for 8, small bar for conversations with the cook.
Powder Room on the main floor.
Washer and Dryer are in the town home.
One-Car Garage is attached and heated.
Bonus Room has two double bunk beds.*
*The bonus room can function as an additional sleeping area. It is a spacious 236 square foot room furnished with comfortable double bunk beds, three drawer dresser, clothes rack, chair, lamps, table and mirror, Cable TV/HBO and DVD player. However since it does not have a window or a closet it is more accurate to describe this room as a bonus room.
The year-round heated pool and hot tub are available for you to enjoy at no charge, just use your room key and go as often as you like during your stay. Pool and hot tub towels are provided and are available in the locker room facility.
