New ski lift was installed in 2004 only minutes away from the unit!!!
Renovations were completed 3 years ago and has been empty a good portion of the time. This two bedroom, one and three-quarter bath condo was brand-new ceiling to floor in 2003, decorated in a comfortable yet upscale Victorian mountain mix, with a gourmet equipped kitchen.
Located directly accross from Beaver Creek’s West Entrance, you simply can’t get closer without paying top dollar. Ski out of Vail, Beaver Creek, and Arrowhead all by short shuttle rides within a 50 yard walk. Free town shuttle easily accesses Recreation Center, library, shopping, dining. Avon Rec center is close by with fun pools and slides for the kids and hot tubs and a lap pool as well as workout center for adults.
Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds. Linens are fully stocked. I think you will be very pleased with this condo. My hope is that it will feel like your second home or a house trade.
Bright kitchen, designed by a gourmet cook, has granite counter tops. Pot rack is hung with Magnalite professional pots and pans as well as grill pans and some non-stick. New GE appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in the door. Small appliances include a Cuisinart, coffee maker, hand mixer, toaster, crock pot, sandwich grill. The knives are very sharp; take extra care in use.
