Property Information
A romantic and tastefully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath ocean front cottage just south of the town of Elk, 15 minutes south of Mendocino. Panoramic ocean view right from the house and private deck with ocean facing hot tub. Cozy around the gas fireplace or walk into Elk for a meal, this cottage is the perfect destination for a getaway for two to five people. Take a healthy walk to Greenwood Beach where you can have a fire in the designated fire pits or just put your toes in the sand.
Dogs are welcolmed for an additional pet fee.
Additional Rate Information
Rates vary by the time of year, length of stay and number of guests. Rates include the 11% county bed tax and cleaning fee. We have a 3 day no commitment policy. We are now offering optional trip cancellation insurance.
Rates subject to change without notice. Five night minimum for Summer season.
