We are close to everything and next to nothing. An excellent area of Colorado to vacation. Feel at home in our premier property nestled in the hills just west of Denver. Our hideaway sits on four beautiful acres of Colorado lodgepole pines just two miles off Interstate 70. Luxury and romantic privacy best describe the property. Nature and unbelievable views from all vantage points makes you feel that you are the only one living in Colorado.

The top level consists of a queen master bedroom suite and bath.
The main level has a full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining, family room and laundry room. The kitchen and utility and family room all open to the wrap around deck. The main bath and bedroom #2 finish off this level which has a queen bed.
The lower level has bedroom #3 with two full beds an the thrid bath. The lower family room opens to the property. There is a second wood burning stove in the lower family room which includes a queen sofa/sleeper.
A two car garage is available with door openers. Convenient keyless entry. All exterior doors will deadbolt.
The bathrooms and bedrooms contain all the necessary linens and towels. A washer and dryer on the main level with easy access, are for your use. The kitchen contains a refrigerator with crushed ice maker, microwave, toaster, range/oven, dishwasher, coffee, espresso maker, bread maker, blender, cooking utensils, place settings, condiments, and spices.
The main level family room contains one of the two TV?s, a big screen, and is set up for you to relax watching movies on the DVD player or listening to your favorite music on the CD player. An X-box and several games are available. A selection of movies, music, and board games has been provided. If you are adventurous and want to hike the area or just around the property, we supply day packs and water bottles.
We have had visitors from England, AL, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, ME, MO, ND, NE, OH, OK, TX, UT, VA, WA and WY. Upcoming new States: NC & NJ.

Subtract $10/nt if 7 or more nights

Major Holidays add $30/nt:
X-Mas, July 4th - 7 night minimum
Thanksgiving & New Years - 5 night minimum
$300 reserves up to a week, rent due 2 months prior to visit.
Deposit returned within a week after departure.
Refunds: 100% refund up to 2 months b4 stay
50% refund up to 1 month b4 stay. Full refund for all rebooked nights.
4PM check-in and 10AM check-out. Leave no messes and laundry on last load.

Shopping, Skiing/Snowboarding, White Water Rafting, Gambling, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Biking, Horseshoes, Fishing, Hunting, Wildlife Viewing, Restaurants, Museums, Sightseeing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Sledding is a starting list of all you can do. Our favorite hike is St. Mary's glacier then over to James peak. The trailhead is just 17 miles away. Our guestbook has several of activities and restaurants recommendations. Fair warning: You might not want to leave the hot tub! We have a front wheel drive vehicles and at times wish we had a 4WD during winter driving conditions. Recommend 4WD November thru March.
