Modern lake front cottage located on the SE side of Chautauqua offers 25ft of lake front with docking for 1 boat and just 5 minutes from Bemus Point. This cottage offers full kitchen with stove top only (no oven), living/dining area and nice porch with gas grill. Sleeps 9 Max:BR#1-KING, BR#2-DBL + TW BUNK, BR#3-TW + TW BUNK. Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance is an additonal $116.20 per week, not included in below rate. **RENTS FRI-FRI**
