Aruba Dream Villa welcomes you! This new villa was
completed in July 2005 and is located in one of the
most coveted residential areas of Aruba. The island's
famous white sandy beaches where you can enjoy the
variety of water sports Aruba has to offer, are just
within walking distance. International grocery stores,
world class shopping and restaurants are a short 5
minute drive away. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3
bathrooms, a living, a dining room, spacious kitchen
and a separate laundry room. At the rear of the villa is
a covered porch which overlooks a large swimming
pool. The garden around the villa is landscaped with
tropical plants and is fully surrounded with a privacy
wall. Aruba Dream Villa offers you a great stay where
you can enjoy a carefree vacation in peace.

This home can be rented as a 3 or a 4 bedroom house

The Division of the villa:

The entrance of the Aruba Dream Villa has a well-lit

and spacious front porch. From this porch you overlook

the Salina and the luxurious Marriott hotel which is

located directly on the ocean. Once you enter through

the ample entrance you can taste the colonial

atmosphere this villa radiates. On the left you will find

the dining room with a long table that can seat 8

persons, the kitchen is situated in the corner. On your

right you will find the living room with cable TV and

video. Due to the fantastic, tropical climate you will use

the back porch a lot which is accessible through two

folding doors. From this porch you can overlook the

Roman-style swimming pool. The depth of the

swimming pool varies from 70 to 180 cm., in the curb a

4 step stairs is situated, so you will be able to get in

and out of the swimming pool easily or you can sit on

the stairs and enjoy the sun while sitting in the water.

The pool is surrounded by a large, luxuriously tiled sun

terrace with beautiful adjustable teak wooden deck

chairs. From the terrace you can enter the laundry

room where you can use the outdoor powder room.

The garden around the villa is landscaped with tropical

plants and is fully surrounded by a privacy wall which

offers you total privacy and is ideal when you have

young children. The total grounds are about 900

square meter, the total floor space of the villa is about

220 square meter.
