Ground level: Offers a rec room with flat screen tv/vcr/dvd, a wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave, a full bath and two sleep sofas. There is also a washer/dryer room and access to the pool area. In the garage, you will find a ping-pong table and bumper pool.
Mid level: Features 2 Queen mbrs - each with tv - both with deck access, a King mbr with tv/vcr, tile bath with an oversized soaking tub and a private deck and another master with Duobunk and a Bunk set. The hot tub is located on this level’s deck. There is another washer and dryer on this level.
Top level: You will find an open great room with hardwood floors, gas fireplace, flat screen tv/vcr/dvd, stereo with cd, karaoke, a well-equipped kitchen with two dishwashers and granite countertops, dining area and a loft with a Futon, piano and great ocean views. The King mbr on this level offers a tile bath with oversized soaking tub, private deck with ocean views and a tv/vcr. With a home like this, Shangri-La can be yours any time of the year!
