Decorated in a contemporary California style with Mediterranean accents, this lovely seaside villa is adorned in an array of hues reminiscent of sun-washed beaches. Breathtaking views of the ocean and soundside marshes allow one to admire the play of light as the day moves from dawn to dusk, followed by the magnificence of moonlight reflected off the everchanging sea.
Ground level: Has a rec room equipped with a pool table, tv/vcr/dvd, game table, kitchenette with full refrigerator and icemaker, half bath, and providing access to a shaded poolside deck which has an enclosed toddler play area with playhouse and slide. A wheelchair accessible King mbr with tv/vcr and deck access, has a roll-in shower with a folding seat, a roll-under vanity and grab bars. There is a mbr with 2 Duobunks with Trundles, the double laundry, and the elevator allowing easy access to all levels. The hot tub is on the pool deck which is completely safety gated from this level. A duneside deck with built-in seats overlooks the pool.
Mid level: The grand entry with beveled glass, prismed lighting, and curved stair leads to an open den with stereo/cd and 4 King mbrs; all have tv/vcr, deck access and beautiful views. Two of the King mbrs have a whirlpool and separate shower.
Top level: Panoramic views complement and extend the spacious great room highlighted by a textured wall imbedded with waves of beach gravel surrounding the gas fireplace and built-in entertainment center with tv/dvd/vcr and stereo/cd. The adjacent open kitchen has granite countertops, pot rack, 6 burner Jenn-Air, and 2 dishwashers, and is flanked by a breakfast area overlooking the ocean, and the dining area providing 2 round glasstop tables seating 10 each, and marvelous sunset views. There is a half bath and a King mbr with a whirlpool, private deck, and adjoining sitting room/office with tv/vcr, desk with fax and internet, and lovely views.
