Winter Park Colorado Condo Rental
A newly constructed complex, the Ponderosa at Timber Run represents a high quality condominium in Winter Park.
This small condominium complex is located less than a mile from the central downtown area and 2½ miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort. Ponderosa has a Southwestern decorated interior flare, which makes the very spacious 1,825 square feet of living space feel quite comfortable and inviting.
The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit has two floors and some extra amenities not found at other Winter Park properties.
The top floor of the unit is open and a great place for living. The entryway is slate-tiled and leads to a carpeted dining and living area with gas fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD player and a Bose sound system.
The kitchen has a hardwood floor, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. A small 3/4 bathroom is tucked behind the kitchen area. The upper deck comes with BBQ gas grill and furniture to relax and enjoy the cool mountain air and views.
The master bedroom is downstairs and is a private get-a-way from the rest of the unit. A queen-size bed, TV, gas fireplace, attached bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The sliding glass doors in the master suite open to a small patio with outdoor private out tub.
Also on the lower floor, are two more bedrooms - 2 twins plus TV & VCR; and a queen-size bed is in the third. A full hallway bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer complete the downstairs floor plan.
Ponderosa has bonus amenities for guests staying here that include a heated underground parking space for 1 vehicle per unit, a locked storage area for skis and entry to the unit is via an elevator and interior lobby.
