Very nice and newly renovated Beach Bungalow units located 1 block to the beach and a block to all the great shops and restaurants that are along Abbot Kinney Blvd.

This property consists of 3 separate units:
2 bedroom 2 bath, and two 2 bedroom 1 bath units.
There is a main bungalow that has a 2 bedroom 2 bath and a 2 bedroom 1 bath, and a rear small bungalow that has a 2 bedroom 1 bath.
Rent the 2 units in the main front bungalow together for a large 4 bedroom 3 bath bungalow for larger groups..

The main 4 bedroom 3 bath bungalow can sleep up to
10 persons, and the rear 2 bedroom 1 bath loft bungalow can sleep up to 4 persons.

2 Bedroom 2 bath unit in main bungalow:
This 2 bedroom bungalow unit has wood floors, fireplace, a great kitchen with high end appliances, designer concrete counter tops and custom cabinets.
The master bath has a ceiling mounted extra large shower head, double designer glass sinks, and travertine tile work
There are queen beds in both bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
Private laundry in unit..
There is a 42” plasma TV with Direct TV in the living room, High speed Internet, fax machine, local phone service, DVD player, beach chairs, and quality linens and towels are provided.

2 bedroom 1 bath upper apartment in main bungalow:
This unit has a nice new kitchen and new tiled bathroom. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin bed in the very very small 2nd bedroom/sleeping room, and a single bed sofa bed in the living room.
Private laundry in unit.

2 bedroom 1 bath loft rear bungalow.
This unit has a mini goumet kitchen with a Sub Zero frig, Wolf stove, and Meile dishwasher.
The 2nd bedroom is a loft area with a queen bed as well as the queen bed in the main bedroom, and a queen sofa bed in the living room..
Private laundry in unit.

Parking is available for a smaller cars.
All of the units come with quality linens and towels, large flat screen TV's with cable TV, body boards, beach towels, local phone service, and High Speed Internet.

2 bedroom 2 bath $1450 per week or $295 per night.
2 bedroom 1 bath Upper Apartment $1150 per week or $195 per night.
2 bedroom 1 bath Loft Bungalow $1150 per week or $195 per night.
4 bedroom 3 bath Main Bungalow $2650 per week or $450 per night

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cash, personal check, credit cards through PayPal, and bank wire.

Check In: 3pm

Check Out: 11am

Required Stay: 3 nights

Deposits: $750 deposit for Main 4 bedroom Bungalow. $500 deposit for 2 bedroom units.

Lodging Tax: 14% local city tax.

Cancellation Policy: 90 days

Other Fees: Cleaning fees from $105 to $250

Other Policies: No Smoking. No Parties.
