Rate is based on a 7 person occupancy. Can sleep up to

3 bedroom 2 bath $2450 per week or $425 per night.
Rate is based on a 5 person occupancy. Can sleep up to
9 persons.

2 bedroom 2 bath $1950 per week or $350 per night.
Rate is based on a 4 person occupancy. Can sleep up to
7 persons.

1 bedroom 1 bath $1350 per week or $250 per night.
Rate is based on a 2 person occupancy. Can sleep up to
4 persons.

Studio: $950 per week or $195 per night.
Rate is based on a 2 person occupancy. Can sleep up to
3 persons.

Off Peak Rates:
4 bedroom 3 bath: $2550 per week or $450 per night.
3 bedroom 2 bath: $2150 per week or $375 per night.

Deposits: $750 for 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom units. $500 for 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom, and studio units.

Lodging Tax: 14% local city tax

Cancellation Policy: 90 days.

Other Fees: Exit cleaning fee: $250 for 4 bedroom. $150 for 3 bedroom $140 for 2 bedroom $95 for 1 bedroom $75 for Studio
